Daredevil Season 3: Bullseye Confirmed

If anyone remembers the 2003 film Daredevil than you know how desperate comicbook fans have been to erase such a horrible portrayal of iconic villain Bullseye. When Netflix announced that it would be producing Marvel superhero Daredevil into a series one question remained in the hearts of faithful Marvel nerds–what about Bullseye.

Sure, Kingpin is Matt Murdock’s arch rival similar to how Joker is Batman’s and Peter Parker’s is the Goblin. However, Bullseye is an interesting character in the comics and a good rival to Daredevil due to his talents and skills. Sure he doesn’t have super powers or a lot of money to break him out of prison or control millions, but he as wicked sniper skills–enough to challenge Dead Shot.

Charlie Cox released a statement indicating we might see Bullseye in Season 3.

“If we are fortunate enough to continue making the Daredevil series, I can’t imagine doing a run of Daredevil where Bullseye doesn’t show up at some point. It would be great to have him around at some point. Who would play that part I have no idea but I just think there’s such an interesting, rich character there, and also of course, the history that Bullseye has with Karen Page is an interesting dynamic. When you read the comics it’s etched in a Daredevil memory all that stuff,” says Cox.

Screenrant noted this statement and the importance of Bullseye, as Charlie Cox stated, in the Daredevil universe.

Although nothing has been confirmed by the Showrunners or producers, there is a more than likely chance that Bullseye will appear in Season 3.

What do you think? Isn’t it about time we saw Bullseye in Netflix’s Daredevil?
